Together with members of the Círculo de Promotoras de Salud Tradicional, we collected herbal medicine donations from New York City herbalists for the Dreamers 7 on hunger strike in Washington D.C. We travelled there and provided them with the herbal medicine, and also joined them in protest at Capitol Hill. Their efforts were influential in getting government officials to pass the Clean DREAM Act.
