Vitex, also known as chaste tree berries, is a reproductive tonic. It is wonderful to take after getting off birth control, and if preparing the body to get pregnant. Vitex helps treat fibroids, endometriosis, infertility, and is a libido balancer. It is also great to jump start lactation.
